#BreakingGround: It was shovels in the ground at the Iowa Apartments site in Riverside! We're thrilled to celebrate with our client UDR and consultants CBG Building Company as this project breaks ground and enters the construction phase. This mid-century modern-inspired development will transform a former retail site into a vibrant residential community, conveniently located next to an existing Stater Bros. grocery store. Once completed in 2027, it will feature three four-story buildings with 300 market-rate apartment homes and a suite of premium amenities.
